Beginning in May of 2010, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection revised their requirements for public water suppliers to notify customers in the event of a problem with their drinking water that may cause adverse health effects. In our effort to comply with these requirements, we have contracted with Swiftreach Networks, Inc. as our Emergency Notification service provider.
SwiftReach911™ is a system that will send phone calls, e-mails, or text messages to our customers in the event of an emergency involving your public water supply. We may also use this system to notify you of non-emergency issues with your water supply like hydrant flushing or service interruptions. All the calls you receive will have the Caller ID of “Municipal Authority of Buffalo Township”.
If you are not receiving these calls, please fill out the form below to add or update your contact information. You may also remove yourself from our lists. Your information will not be provided to any outside agencies or companies.
