COVID-19 UPDATE

In an effort to keep our employees and customers safe, the following guidelines have been established:

 

• Our main office will be closed to the public beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020, until further notice.  Payments can be mailed or placed in our drop box to the right of the main entrance.  In addition, check payments only can be made at the Sarver branch of First National Bank (must have billing stub).  Our main office will be staffed to answer phone calls during normal business hours.

 

• Field service orders inside customer’s homes will be for emergency only.

 

• No sales calls please.  If you wish to speak to someone about your product or service, please call the main office at (724) 295-2703.

 

• For sewage customers – Please do not flush non-flushable items down your toilet – this includes wipes!!  Non-flushable items do not degrade and can cause clogging of the pipes, not only on our side of the service but in your service lateral as well.
